The Pan-Florida Challenge Cancer Bike Ride is a fundraising initiative that takes place annually in March to support cancer prevention research at Moffitt Cancer Center, patients, and hungry children throughout the state of Florida, as malnutrition has been shown to increase the risk of cancer.

Our 200-mile ride is the ultimate two-day challenge for our most elite and committed cyclists. Meals, transportation, and overnight accommodations will be provided over the course of this epic journey.
