The DEAD OF WINTER Double is a 200 mile ride on popular established routes: Lowland and Highland Doubles of the Los Angeles Wheelmen’s GRAND TOUR. The Dead of Winter Double was held for the first time on November 30 and December 1, 2013.

As the ride is virtual this year, you’ll be riding the Double on your own and will receive CTC credit for the ride. You can pick the course of your choosing. The only requirements are that you ride 200 miles and have a minimum of 5,000 feet of climbing in a 24 hour period. The dates that you can do the ride are between Nov. 21 and Dec. 19, 2020.

For those doing the Double-Double please note that it has to be ridden over 2 days (200 each day) as opposed to riding 400 miles at one shot.
